Affordable housing is traditionally defined as that for which a family earning 80% of area median income would qualify.
 
Attainable Housing
Attainable housing is usually considered to be that available to families making 80-120% of area median income.
 
Workforce
Workforce is defined as employees in the public and private sector who are integral to the economic and social health of the region.
 
 Area Median Income
Area median income is complex formula used to calculate family income.
 
 BLM/SNPLMA
91.9% of land in Southern Nevada is owned by the Federal Government, a significant part is administered by the Bureau of Land Management.
